As the CEO and Senior Consultant at Starlight Aerospace LLC, I bring over forty years of expertise in quality management, compliance auditing, and operational optimization within the aerospace sector. Leveraging ISO 9001 and AS 9100 frameworks, my work has focused on conducting audits and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance project delivery timelines. My efforts have consistently contributed to fostering robust quality systems and ensuring regulatory compliance. My mission is to empower organizations to achieve operational excellence by enabling A.I. data-driven improvements and embedding quality into every facet of their processes. With a Certified Master Black Belt and a proven track record in aerospace quality standards, I take pride in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful change and deliver measurable results that align with safety and compliance goals.

The Harrington Group, Inc., Founder & CEO Nov 1991 - June 2018

Leveraged over 30 years of expertise in Aerospace & Aviation across disciplines including Research & Development, Quality Inspection, Quality Engineering, Quality Management, Process Control, Internal & External Audits, Project Management, and Manufacturing under ISO 9000 & AS 9100 standards to revolutionize quality tracking processes.

In 1989, I Engineered the first PC-based Quality Management System (QMS), collaborating with software programmers to transition my design into a robust PC & A.I. Internet-based software, culminating in the formation of The Harrington Group, Inc.

Established a pioneering enterprise specializing in A.I. Quality Management Software (QMS) empowering companies to better manage and implement their ISO 9000 & AS 9100 certifications, enhancing their Quality Programs and Manufacturing Processes.

Steered The Harrington Group, Inc. to notable acclaim as a global leader in the Quality Management industry, securing multiple awards for rapid growth and innovation, and being recognized as an Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company and Deloitte & Touche Fast 50 Technology Company.

Lockheed Martin Aerospace, Missile Systems Orlando, FL Quality Director - 1986 - 1991

In this roll, I was responsible for ensuring the highest levels of product quality, reliability, and mission readiness for the Hellfire Missile Program. I lead a team of quality engineers to oversee all aspects of quality management across the entire Hellfire Missile product lifecycle, from design and development to manufacturing and testing. I developed and implemented comprehensive quality strategies, policies and procedures per ISO 9001 & AS 9100 quality standards. I collaborated closely with program management, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and other functional areas to ensure quality is embedded throughout the program lifecycle. I lead teams of auditors, driving corrective and preventive action to address non-conformances and improve production processes. Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Lockheed Martin Aerospace, New Orleans, LA Quality Director February 1980 - June 1986

In this roll, I was responsible for ensuring the integrity of all Space Shuttle heatshield tiles and External Tank (ET) Sprayed-on Foam Insulation (SOFI) during the manufacturing process. This also included the inspection of over 5,000 feet of welds and the bonding of the sprayed-on foam insulation (SOFI).

I secured $25 million dollars in R&D funding from NASA Huntsville, AL as the Principal Investigator (PI) with a team of quality engineers and scientists to develop and validate cost effective cutting-edge ultrasonic Nondestructive Testing (NDT) inspection technology to better inspect the integrity and bonding of the External Tank Sprayed-on Foam Insulation and Shuttle Orbiter heatshield tiles prior to launch.

Validated the new technology, methods and procedures and collaborated with other NASA sub-contractors to ensure coordination for inspecting the Shuttle Heatshield Tiles and the External Tank Sprayed-on Foam Insulation (SOFI) for possible de-bonds prior to launch.

Pratt & Whitney Aircraft, West Palm Beach, FL R&D Quality Manager January 1978 February 1980

In my role at Pratt & Whitney, I developed cutting-edge inspection technologies to better identify micro cracks in critical aircraft components. Directed my team of Quality Engineers to implement these new processes world-wide, significantly enhancing inspection accuracy and reliability for Pratt & Whitney jet engines and their critical parts.
